My room felt spacious, bigger than expected. i liked that it had a large closet. staff were attentive. They helped with directions. plus, the location is central, close to many attractions.
The gym equipment felt a little outdated. Some machines need servicing.

inconsistent service, prime location
empty minibardisruptive noise
The minibar was supposed to be included, but it was empty upon arrival. i had to specifically request it be stocked, which i found inconvenient. the process was slow and not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. the city noise at night was also quite disruptive despite being on a high floor. the insulation needs improvement. Street sounds penetrated the room.

my room was a premier city view king i found it well-kept the location proved central for my midtown activities breakfast offered spiced granola which i found quite nice. check-in was fast

My check-in WAS very fast. I appreciated the location of the hotel as it was close to many attractions. The room service was prompt when I requested it. The staff was friendly.
The wifi was unusable. It constantly dropped. I requested slippers. They don't have ANY. This surprised me.
